According to the objective we look for the most efficient way to implement it, think through all eventualities and translate the requirements into a “requirements specification”. On this basis, we plan all work steps and put together the required project team.
2 | PROJECT MANAGEMENT
For coordination purposes, we provide a project manager for the entire project management who is responsible for both the technical and commercial areas.
3 | ARCHITECTURE
We design the entire system structure, e.g. with components such as front and backend, databases, data interfaces (e.g. to third-party systems), web/ application servers, email and cache systems, etc.
4 | DESIGN
Our user interface designers create an individual, user-friendly interface - also taking corporate design specifications into account.
5 | PROGRAMMING
We are always careful to make products compatible with the future. When choosing the programming language, we make sure that extensions are still possible in 10 years.
6 | TEST MANAGEMENT
We ensure quality before every product delivery. Our ISTQB®- certified testers carry out component, integration, system and acceptance tests with regard to functionality, usability, integration and security.
7 | ROLLOUT
After final acceptance, the software solution is implemented either completely or step by step.
